About us

egypt at work (MKI-vetEP) is promoting gainful and acceptable employment for Egyptian youth. By establishing meaningful interaction between employers and job seekers, both sides will benefit from higher work efficiency and effective placement. As eye-openers for the requirements and needs of employers and job seekers, learning facilitators play an important role in this process. Learning and practising photography supports them to perform their tasks.

By describing workplaces and work processes visually, the photos of the learning facilitators have the potential to attract fellow Egyptian youth and to create a community. The idea is to frame the mind-set of viewers - to familiarise them with the world of work, by showing respect for gainful and acceptable employment from the perspective of both job seekers and employers. On the new web page “egypt at work�, job profiles will be presented alongside photos and photo-movies.
